Tips for building the habit

  • Log your practice right after you finish — it takes five seconds.
  • Protect your streak, but don't punish yourself for missing a day. Just start again tomorrow.
  • Short days count: five minutes keeps the streak alive.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my practice data stored?

Only in your browser's local storage on this device. We never see it. Clearing your browser data or using a different device will start a new log.

Does a streak need practice every day?
